01 Lists
Our lists are opinions, carefully made
Shortlists are editorial recommendations based on the method we publish. Always check a contractor’s license and insurance yourself and get the agreement in writing.
02 Quotes
Quote requests
When you send a request, the businesses you choose may contact you about that job. Any contract is between you and the business; Shortlist is not a party to it.
03 Businesses
For listed businesses
Claimed profiles must be accurate. Paid products change presentation and quote requests only, never selection or order. See how we make money.
